Comfortable hotel in a handy location with great service.

This place was a bit of a surprise. I paid for a better room and it was enormous with a lovely rain shower. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Siti on reception. The free drinks and snacks in the lobby were also a bonus. And very handy for Maxwell tube.

I really wished I could have got breakfast at the hotel - even a light one. There was nowhere to get a western breakfast for miles around - just Chinese and Korean . In the end I found Five Oars coffee roasters a 10 min walk away. If there had been a breakfast service. I would have rated it excellent.

The location was really close to the hawker centre and Amoy Street. It transforms a trip to Singapore into a full immersion in the city's classic charm starting from Ann Siang Hill and park.

Brilliant boutique hotel. Will be back!

Loved the rooms and location as well as the small touches like the drinks hours, snacks and coffee. We also had an anniversary and they made it really special.

lovely and cannot wait to be back

incredible service staff and great location. went there to celebrate my partner's and my anniversary and the hotel was so sweet to decorate our room with a hand written card. huge and spacious room and lovely unlimited pantry of snacks and refreshments. looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful

The staff were incredible right off the bat. The hotel has a laundry room that is free which was helpful. They also had some sort of concession area that is free for all and looked cute. The hotel is located quite central from the mrt station, hawker centre and bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at Ann Siang House. If you are a foodie this area is for you

The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are an abundance of eateries to choose from in the neighborhood, all within walking distance. The interiors of our room and bathroom were lovely, elegant and well-appointed. It was also nice having a long balcony. It did not feel like a typical hotel room. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We had the Studio Premier and our granddaughter had her own area that had a sofa bed. It was like having a 2-bedroom apartment. The only problem was that at night, to switch on the bathroom light all the lights on her side of the room would switch on as well.

I would stay here again. Good value and welcoming and we lived the location.

very nice hotel

location is lovely, very nice area and nearby MRT staffs are nice room is comfy and specious. toilet is great

it’s on a slope so with heavy luggage would be annoying while check in I was very tired and wanted to rest in room, unfortunately the room wasn’t completed ready until almost 5pm ive stayed in 3 hotels during my business trip and this hotel is the only one that doesn’t support universal plug

Good value for money. Would stay again

Great location and friendly staff. Nice, modern rooms and clean. They also have two washing machines/ dryers available for guest use, which is super helpful when travelling with little ones! Location couldn't be better - nice, relatively quiet street close to some great hawker centres, China town, rooftop bars and cafes

Worth noting it's not very pram-friendly (a couple of steps between the lift and the rooms) and the area itself (shophouses and heritage area) also not very suitable for prams/ strollers. We made it work though and otherwise the location is fantastic.

All the staff was very pleasant and friendly. I like my room except for the foul smell but after switching on the air co

there some sewerage smell at room208, after switching on the aircond there isn’t any foul smell.

Highly recommended for a well located, quiet hotel

Though close to Chinatown this hotel is in a quiet side street. The well-equipped rooms are a decent size, the bed super comfortable and the staff pleasant and helpful. It’s clean and well-maintained, also within walking distance of the MRT. While there is no restaurant or cafe at Ann Siang hotel, there are various options available within a ten minute walk. We were able to check in early, having arrived from a 13 hour flight. This meant we could rest and recover before experiencing Singapore, which was much appreciated

Such a wonderful place for resting!

Very good location, the room is quite fit with price. Room in SG is very expensive & Ann Siang House is not only in good loaction but quite wide. The staffs are very friendly, helpful, you can go to eat with many foodcourt around & MRT. Only few mins walking to Chinatown. I would recommend this place to small family & couples

Boutique hotel in the heart of vibrant Singapore

This is a hotel with genuine personality, with an absolutely fantastic location close to Chinatown, the Maxwell hawker centre and a slew of great bars and restaurants. If you want to enjoy the sights and sounds of Singapore this is a fantastic place to do it.

The only thing was that our room was a little dark. There was only one small window, which wasn’t a great issue as it meant the room was quiet, even on a busy Saturday night, however they could possibly consider some improved lighting.
